Joe Kearney is an EMDR Europe Approved Practitioner.

EMDR UK & I is the Professional Association of EMDR clinicians and researchers seeking the highest standards for the clinical practice of EMDR in the United Kingdom and Ireland.  It maintains links with colleagues in Europe and throughout the world to promote the on-going development of the therapy and provide a means of responding quickly to humanitarian crises arising from war, unrest or natural disasters.  Through the organisation’s accreditation programme, therapists become EMDR Europe Approved Practitioners.
